The store is understaffed. Most of the times is a very busy place with lots of customers and wait times is usually much longer at the staffed cashiers (2 only open) compared the one at 7 corners. The store sells a lot, they should invest in modernizing from inside and outside. Pharmacy/drugstore is great though. They are friendly, efficient and reliable. I do prefer much better 7 corners and will be going there from now on.

I wished I ddnt have to leave a star. Avoid this giants at all cost. Last Saturday I was in there. My sister had something wrong with her scanner. So I waited for her mind you the floor manager named Ibrahim bah came to the cashier I believe was name tiearra which was the only employee that was very nice. Was trying explain the situation to Mr bah. Which was very rude. Which he needs to fired asap. I wasn't going sit there and let him talk to her like.so I jump in the conversation and try to explain to him the situation because I was a customer I thought he would have a little more respect but no. He told me I didn't know what iwas talking about. So i left it with that. But then my sister went customer service to try to get her situation corrected. They where asking about some ticket. Then he started to yelling across the store.so I ask for corporates number and the store manager mind you he was in the front standing .I had to repeat 3 times to him and ask if was the manager name started with a which he needs to be fired. I have been a customer of giants for 44 years this the frst time ever that employees was rude. Come on giants please do better and so people that men still respect women

After paying for my groceries and proceeding to the exit. Their "security guard" stopped me. He gave me an attitude, and proceeded to harass me. Demanding I walk to the opposite end of the store to a different exit. The door nearest the register I paid at is clearly marked "EXIT". I explained this to him, and showed him the sign I read that lead me there. He said "EMERGENCY EXIT ONLY!" I further explained the sign only reads "EXIT" nothing about emergency only etc. I suggested they correct their signs.The other exit he demanded I used has an identical "Exit" sign posted above it. 1. This customer is right. 2. treat your customers with respect. 3. Fix your signs. 4. Your Security guard just cost you a customer "for life!". 5.. Security guards are to keep us safe NOT to Start problems and harass you customers. There are many more appropriate ways he could have handled the circumstances. I can imagine he must deal with multiple times a day. Such as being polite, and apologizing for the confusing, incorrect sign placement. Discussing this likely recurring issue with Giant store management to come up with a solution. He's essentially being paid to harass and bully your customers right out of the store. I've done my part and reported this to their manager the afternoon that it occurred on Friday, Jan 21, 2022. Hopefully she takes appropriate actions to spare other customers his uncalled for harassment.
