This hotel has great spacious rooms, with exceedingly comfortable beds, and I found it to be wonderfully clean, with really well layered out space. Plus, the shift manager was so pleasant and kind. I really appreciated his positive attitude and hospitality. I can image his job has it challenges. A+ on this hotel and staff!

The service was friendly from the young man running the front desk. No problems there. Sadly we were unlucky, and it seems there was a problem with ants in our room. Only a few at first, but when I had a can of soda out on the table you could see a lot more crawling over it. I told the front desk about it and the one front desk guy was nice about it and mentioned moving rooms as a possibility. Sadly when the manager/shift manager? arrived I was only given a trash bag (remove anything edible for the ants and leave it outside the door), told it was common, that they were booked, and that nothing could be done. Yet I saw some rooms still selling online, so that was a lie. Hopefully this isn't how Hilton or Hampton Inn as a whole treats customers. We just ended up leaving a day early. Being prohibited from eating or drinking anything in the room just wasn't going to work out.

Had a great stay here. Rooms were perfect and our kids loved the pool. Breakfast was delicious and definitely above average when it comes to continental breakfasts. You really can't beat this place for the price especially when you can avoid the traffic over DC while also being withing a 15 minute drive. We found it was easier to stay outside of the city and just catch a bus in.

We stayed at this location during our trip to DC and were blown away by the positive experience we had. The manager, I believe his name was Kevin, was absolutely welcoming and accommodating in every way. He went out of his way multiple times to personally ensure that every guest was comfortable and had all their needs met. We forgot to pack some supplies and he happily provided a replacement. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had no weird smells. The Continental Breakfast was delicious and plentiful while the eating area was constantly kept clean. Thank you to all the staff for making this a great trip. We have agreed to make this our permanent hotel whenever visiting the area.

So many people coming and going...Bedbugs show up. No matter if its a month old or 20+ years old. And. What would you do if you were bitten by bedbugs and then you brought them home from the hotel? Do you have any idea the mental anguish and the thousands of dollars it costs to treat them, msn you wzy off.
