I have been going to Dr Shaffer for many years. He is great. He now has a very very very rude office manager a Spanish woman who has no customer service I had an appointment on a Friday and when I drove from Lake Placid to Sebring their office was closed they failed to contact patients that all appointments were canceled I left several messages on their phone to reschedule an appointment no one ever called back when I got to Dr Shaffer's office a week later this rude Spanish woman in a tight tight red dress told me that there was nothing that she had to call me back for. She even got on a case of another patient who I was talking to when I said I wanted to speak to Dr Shaffer she said for what to complain about me hahaha she is very very rude. She asked another patient if he had a problem she is very sarcastic I don't know why Dr Schaefer has her working for him it will only cost him losing customers.

I have one ear lower than the other and Ellen fit my glasses so they do not slide and they are comfortable.

Lousy eyeglasses. Have had mine a little less than a year and with oily skin you can't keep the plastic coated lenses clean. And then they say you have cataracts. How come colors and light are brighter when I take my glasses off.
