For a small place in the middle of nowhere this place Rocks. I loved the prime rib hogie & you have a choice of 2 different fries. I can't wait to go back & try some of the fresh caught seafood & gator tail! Love Love Love this place. Servers were very attentive & the place was full!! Ya gotta try it! What a great place to stop for lunch. My companion said her Gator bites were the best she'd ever had and she's a Florida native. My fish dip was also wonderful. And the homemade blueberry cheesecake was to die for

Very clean and tables are spread out.
We went this past June in 2017. Food is good but nothing special to write home about. Also pricing is way too high. As to the portions they could be bigger.
Currently we do not take reservations at the Gator Shack. It is first come first serve, and at times there is a wait for a table, especially if it's a group of 8 or more. Thank you for your inquiry. Ulla
