Really disappointed, I drove 4 hours from Columbia Sc to this salvage yard I Spoke to Spencer on Wednesday about a transfer case for a Durango. I placed an order with him he reassured me it would be there I called the next day to make sure it was ready for pick up he reassured me yes. We got there this morning and no one had ever placed an order,, they said spencer never order it, and the part was still in Virginia spencer works from home they said and they couldn't talk to him and whatever issue I have I need to talk to him from what the rude lady in the front said. When we ask for the part she said to call spencer and fix the issue with him taking no ownership in the business or not caring to the situation. I have been on hold for over 1 hr. trying to get a hold for spencer and no one is answering. remind you we drove from Columbia SC here. No one at the store was helpful or show empathy or cared to help us. They said if we wanted to wait till next Tuesday we could come back for the part like if driving 4 hrs. was just around the corner. This is the worst customer service ever and no one cares for the customer. So they didn't help us get us our part and spencer never answered. So basically we drove for no reason and lost a whole day of work.

this staff was very helpful and kept in contact with me after the fact getting information from me to make sure my part was correct. the price was outstanding. I purchased a read end for my 16 ram with 15k for 700. they were very kind and held my part for me while I traveled for a few weeks and they saved me the bolts just so I had some extra. I recommend this company for the diy or shop that needs to get the job done

I specialize in ECU programming. We ordered 2 parts, one of them was wrong. We got in touch with Wayne Auto Salvage, I believe we spoke to Scott. Scott shipped out the correct part the next day, and we got a return label to send the old part back. I have to say, in 12 years I have never had such a positive experience. Most salvage yards don't care, they'll blame you for ordering the wrong part, they'll make you to pay for return shipping etc... Mistakes happen, but when you resolve it and make things right, that's what makes you a professional.. Wayne Auto Salvage, I will continue to support your business.
