Ample parking in the parking lot. There is also parking on the street. There is an inconvenience leaving because you cannot turn left out of the parking lot. As you go inside it is plane and tidy. The person helping me was helpful and polite. I have been there when there was a long line but my last visit there was only one person ahead of me so it depends on the date and time you go. I believe there was one possibly two handicap parking spots one of which I believe is wheelchair accessible.

Updating my review! They have worked most of the kinks out and we are now on first name basis with most of the drivers. THANKS FOR ALL THE HARD WORK! WE LOVE and PRAY for YOU! Even if the government doesn't! (Disabled vet so I know how they flip on you!)

We get our mail delivered from here, lately after losing the best mail carrier we ever had, we have only gotten mail delivered once in 6 days. I called to inquire and was put on with who they said was the carrier, no name given, and was rudely met with our doors were locked??? Our business does not have a mailbox, instead they deliver inside these businesses. We had no issue having anyone come inside the business except the mail carrier. She couldn't have tried to come in, she couldn't even give an estimated time of when she tried to deliver it. It makes it hard to confirm why she would have been met with a locked door to a business that is open 9 hours a day if they do not even know what time they tried to deliver mail. Personally, this story seems VERY suspect. Not pleased at all with this site.

I got a phone call from my auto insurance company asking if I'd changed my address. (No, I've not...been here for 35 years.) They'd mailed my premium notice to my address, (we verified that the address on the envelope was accurate), but they got it back 13 days later labeled as "Return to Sender, Not Deliverable As Addressed, Unable to Forward". Fortunately due to their phone call, I got my insurance premium paid on time, in spite of the USPS' failure to do their job. I went to the PO and asked to speak to the Postmaster to complain & was told that they don't have any supervisors on site. I was given a "supervisor's phone number" to call. As it turns out, the number is for that very same location....where there are (supposedly) "no supervisors on site". I guess that explains why NO ONE ANSWERS when you call repeatedly and let it ring 25-30 times. That must be their way of dealing with dissatisfied customers. USPS mission statement: “The Postal Service shall have as its basic function the obligation to provide postal services to bind the Nation together through the personal, educational, literary, and business correspondence of the people." ....Yeah, right
