Very Rude!! I had previously emailed them and asked if they do appraisals. Lexy responded and said, "sure when can you bring it?" We set up a time and day. I am selling a custom. When we arrived Toy greeted us. We asked for Eric and told Toy we were there to get a bike appraised. Toy spoke with Eric and Eric sent him to take pics. Eric came outside with Toy after looking at the pics and said we can't buy it, it is not a Harley frame. I completely understand. And they walked away. Never giving an appraisal. I wasn't there for them to buy it. I just wanted an updated appraisal. And to think, my fiance rides a bike that he purchased from them a few years back. Don't see that happening again!!

So we are from NJ. After riding the Blue ridge parkway and myrtle beach, one of us started to have clutch issues on the way to Charlotte. Mike and his team got the bike in around 11am. Hope was lost. We left starting to plan just to head home. Just be 3pm we got the call. Your bike is good come get it. The guys there worked hard and got us back on the road. You cannot describe how great full we all are. Big thanks to Mike and the service team.

I can’t say enough about this place. I have a dealership close to home and choose to ride/drive over an hour just to come to independence. They have never fail me. Miles at the parts counter is an amazing sales guy, very knowledgeable with his stuff and always willing to help in any way he can. Independence is definitely the way to go. I highly recommend this dealership and the people as well.
