I went in to have my Rav 4 Prime assessed for trade in and to see when the new BZ4X were coming in (ya know, after the tires stop falling off). The guy deferred, telling me he didn't know when that was and he couldn't give me a number on my car as it would depreciate in value by the time the BZ4Xs come in anyway so he'd give me a call. Balize of Toyota already gave me a quote of what my current RAV 4 prime car was worth, and will give me that quoted price whenever the BZ4Xs come in because they honored that with a previous deal; When my current Rav 4 came in after 4 months of waiting and me driving my trade in around after quoting the value of my trade in, they honored the initial trade in quote. Don't love Langway's lassiez faire practices, and it really didn't seem like they wanted me for a customer. The sales person took my name and number and sent me on my way. Shrug.

Brought my 2020 Corolla to Langway Collision Center in May 2021 after hitting a deer. Specifically went to Langway because it’s a Toyota Certified Collision center. The work they did on the car is terrible. I refused the car 4 times over the course of a month due to horrible work. The car had huge paint runs, heavily damaged interior panels, large dust specs in the paint, fish eye, new scratches to the car, and burned through clear coat from buffing. Worst of all, the driver door panel does not align with the rest of the car. It makes noise on the highway now. At the final pickup the car was presented in low lighting. I brought it outside and noticed more fish eye in the paint and sections of clear coat that were burned through. Langway is an absolute nightmare of a body shop. They did not take any accountability for the quality of the repairs and referred to the issues as “complaints”. Each time they would try and fix one “complaint” they would mess up something else. They should not be a licensed body shop and definitely should not be Toyota Certified.

TL;DR They tried to pass off the wrong vehicle as being the one I had ordered. The dealership spent over a month looking for the vehicle I wanted which I appreciated. When one was unable to be found, we decided it would be best to order one so I could get exactly what I needed. Yes, another 3 months, but with shortages happening, I was fine with being without a vehicle that long, especially if it meant I could get the truck of my dreams. When I got the call to come pick it up, I found a truck that was the wrong color inside and out (white, when I had ordered an upgraded color), with extra accessories I did not order. When I asked about it, the sales manager said “the factory must have sent the wrong truck.” Mistakes happen (and I'd understand) but why was I told my vehicle had been delivered? Why didn’t they just tell me the truth instead of trying to pass off this vehicle as the one I ordered? Did nobody notice when taking delivery? I wanted an upgraded premium color and they thought they could get away with selling me a plain white vehicle with added accessories. It was insulting that they thought I would not care or notice.

Great experience at Langway Toyota of Newport. Met with Jay (the Tacoma guy) and walked through all the Tacomas on the lot. After reviewing different trims and styles, we decided I wanted a SR5 4x4 Double Cab with the 5' bed. I really wanted quicksand, but since they didn't have it with my exact specs, they made sure they found it at another dealer. Jay was contacting me with updates through the whole process. I had the truck Tuesday the next week! Super pumped about it. Thanks everyone who helped through the process.

Did you try putting in a destination so it could pop up? Wendys and then it will show the one in middletown as an option...if not i would call customer care.
