I purchased a 65” television in April of 2021. A defect in the picture occurred in October (6 months). TV still under warranty. I was initially optimistic that the TV would be repaired or replaced but have continuously gotten the runaround from the owner who has lied to me several times.

Flint installed the AV equipment in a home we purchased 3 years ago. Within our first year the grills of the outdoor speakers rusted. I called Flint and they replaced the grills. Sadly about 6 months ago I realized they rusted again. I have called Flint several times for replacements. I was told that they received two sets from the manufacturer but received the wrong items. Tired of waiting, I called the manufacturer’s rep directly who informed me that he never heard from Flint. Upon further investigation Flint had not installed initially or replaced the grills with the correct product at all. As we live on the water, marine grade/weather resistant grills should have been utilized. Shame on Flint for their lack of knowledge and extremely poor customer service.

Unparalleled customer service and knowledge for decades!!! My uncle Paul has turned to Flint Audio Video for all of his television, audio, and computer needs for the past 20 years. He has a very good working relationship with Gary. Last night my Sony 50" which I purchased in Los Angeles in 2008 finally gave out after 3 trips back and forth across the country. I really couldn't complain. Today I walked into Flint and was greeted by Gary. He kindly asked what I was looking for and what my budget was. Within 60 seconds he found the right television for me and he even knocked off an extra $100 (it was already discounted $300). Five minutes later Ross and Matt were loading it into the delivery truck. They removed my old tv (saving me the money and hassle of dealing with the town), and had me set up in a matter of minutes. they both were were very professional and courteous. I plan on doing business with Flint for a long time. Thanks guys.
