I reached out to BMW of Newport from Charlotte, North Carolina. This was my first ever long distance purchase and they made it seamless. Any little bit of anxiety or concern I had was immediately dealt with thanks to Simon Costakos! Even when I messaged him directly after hours sometimes, he’d reply. Even when it was his day off, he’d reply. He not once seemed bothered by my constant questioning. Great customer service is hard to come by today and Simon has exceeded my expectations. Any future encounter I have with sales representatives will have to match his level of caliber. Simon went out of his way to make sure the car was taken care of especially since I had not traveled to see it in person. He took pictures of the car and sent it. He found nails in the back tire and had the tires replaced when he could have just looked past it. Paperwork was sent quickly back and forth. He made the entire experience of long distance purchasing effortless and smooth. I don’t what else to say except that Simon is not just in it for the sale, he’s there to truly help and as many others have said in their reviews, he treats you like a family member. What an amazing experience dealing with him and the rest of the staff at BMW of Newport! They are EXTREMELY lucky to have him.

The service department was great ( I believe it was Paul that helped me). Clean fast and professional. Valued my time and money. I originally thought I needed an oil change as well as spark plugs with filter. They were informative with integrity and honesty, letting me know the oil change just hadn't been reset from last performed maintenance and I actually did not need the oil change. This is customer service that treats you like family. When it's time for my next purchase based on the service here as first time client I will be buying from this dealership.
