I have lived here for just over a year and have had many great experiences with the management here. Mike has been the best for anything and everything since the very first day I got here. Whether it has been issues with an acceptable parking area or even information on how to get my move out process finalized, he has been the go to guy for me. Very friendly, always says hi when he gets the chance, and always puts us as a priority. It sadens me that I will be leaving soon because this was one of the best experiences in an apartment my wife and I could have asked for. Thank you to the entire team for all you do. Highly highly recommend this place

The park has the best management and maintenance in Arlington area. ❤️❤️ This is our second year in the park, me and my husband transfer our apartment to another one, unfortunately the apartment had some issues and can’t be solved from the previous residents. So we ask the management in the park to transfer to a new one, the property manager mrs Maggie was so helpful to hear us and find a quick solution to us to move to a new one, she compensate us with the payments and offer for us a great movers to make things easier on us. The best second thing I really want to write about and this is was the reason why we choose to not leave the park after the bad transfer, the maintenance service, the head of the maintenance called Kevin he is the best ever, he tried to help us to solve the problem in our last apartment, he was so friendly, good listener to all our requests, quick response any time I’ve called him and very professional. He and his team really help us till we move to our new apartment and they just wanna make us happy. ❤️❤️ This is our new beautiful view from our new apartment, so quite and shinny in spring 😍

I lived at the Park for 2 years. It was fine for the most part, things were alright. Unfortunately, during that time, rent increased pretty dramatically. Also, during my time there we were under quarantine and bus service as well as pool service stopped, reasonably so. What didn't stop were the huge amenity fees, despite no amenities being provided. My biggest qualm, however, is the fact that our lease ended in May 2021, and we still have not gotten our deposit back, 8 months later. My roommate and I, whose names were both on the lease, requested that we get separate checks for the deposit - a reasonable request, I think. Apparently that's enough to set them back 6.5 months longer than legally required. In the end, we still won't have gotten separate checks.

I just moved to the park at Arlington ridge last week and so far my experience has been great. Lidiya from the leasing office has been awesome since I first came to see the apartment.She would always welcome me with a smile and made me feel so comfortable.She has been so helpful and made sure to answer all questions and concerns I have.She is on top of everything and made sure that the apartment is clean and ready before I moved in. I really can’t thank her enough for a great experience.The management is very pleasant and easy to deal with. The lady at the concierge desk was so nice and the maintenance guy that came to fix few issues at the apartment did a great job. So far I feel so happy at the community and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a new home.
