Basic hotel. Clean and good location. They are currently not providing housekeeping ‘due to covid-19’ which would make sense if they had any rules at all about social distancing, mark wearing or being vaccinated throughout the rest of the hotel lol. The fact that they don’t makes it seem like they are just saving money on not having daily housekeeping. Really they should lower their rate to reflect that. The room was very clean on arrival though, however the hotel is outdated and breakfast is BASIC. I would skip and eat out - great food options locally on Main Street.

Pros: - convenient location - parking - clean room - friendly staff - fast Wi-Fi Cons: - REEKS of cigarettes. Had to sleep with the window open in 25 degree weather because the mustiness of old cigarettes and fresh cigarettes from neighboring rooms made it impossible to breathe - NOISE. I stayed in a second floor room an the people above me sounded like they where dropping anvils all night. Could hear people next to me getting romantic at 5AM. Woke up all night hearing doors close in the hallway and people letting kids run down the hallway at 2AM. All of this was despite using my phone as a white noise machine, which has worked well in many other places. - room was never serviced despite housekeeping staff being one room over and seeing me leave for the day - back door lock is broken and anyone can come into the hotel from this entrance, which is located in the back parking lot and had some seedy characters milling about. - hallways/ stair wells need a refresh. Could be okay if they ripped out and replaced the carpet, sealed and repainted the walls and brightened it up in general.

If I can do 0 stars I would. This hotel is one that’ll fine you for any reason, talking about there sensor sensed something at 11pm but so quick to charge my card instead of just coming to the room. No manager or supervisor to talk to and was basically told there’s nothing we can do for you and manager is out on surgery. Very unprofessional! Never again

Positive: I liked the location most of all. I liked the front desk staff's professionalism. Common areas were clean and didn't smell. Negative: I didn't like that they wouldn't come to do any cleaning of the room in my 6 days stay even after asking one of the housekeepers to bring fresh linen and take out the trash. The rooms were smaller than expected.
