First overhead light and switch inside the door didn't work. Lights were all "cool" colored and dim without enough light when you wanted it. Shadows everywhere and felt like an office without the warm relaxing lights of home or a traditional hotel stay. When bedtime came around, the windowshade was paper thin and the curtain rod mounting style prevented the curtains from closing AT ALL. I couldn't get light when I wanted and I couldn't get dark either. When traveling, I enjoy an end of day relaxing soak in a hot tub. No tub plug or stopper for my room with a tub. Breakfast "provided" FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE because food service (restaurant? heh...) is a separate entity.

This places was disgusting. First of all no one seems to ever answer the phone when calling the front desk. I checked in on July 2, 2022 for one night. The hallway did not have any a/c and it was extremely warm with a foul odor. Upon walking into my room, it had a foul odor as well. The bathroom sink had a huge crack in to that leaked onto the under cabinet of sink and onto floor. The shower had no grab bars which is a huge hazard especially since the shower door did not close all they way which caused water to gush onto the floor of the shower making your floor towel soaked. The couch had stains on it and the carpet looked dirty. I paid almost $200/night for my room which I feel like I got robbed bc my room was disgusting. This Sheraton must do better especially since they're charging so much for their nightly rate.

I chose this hotel specifically for the jaccuzi in the bathroom. The hotel is clean and updated. Pretty much what you would expect from a Marriot hotel. Everything that you would need is close by. The staff was more than helpful. Once all the dollies we're gone, staff offered to help bring our bags down. I thought that was a nice gesture. I would definitely stay there again.

We did not stay at the hotel but, we attended an insurance class there. They gave a warm welcome & let us know what was there to enjoy in the area and where we could eat at the hotel. The class attendees who stayed over said said it was a nice stay for them.
