Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Nicai made sure we where we'll taken care of and even put a cold beer in my hand as soon as I walked in. The lovely lady in the lounge served us meatballs and vegetables for dinner and had served a beautiful breakfast with fresh hot coffee! First time I felt like I was actually on vacation sense we started our trip!

Positive: We liked the idea of a full kitchen and pull-out sofa bed. Negative: Are room wasn't ready when we had arrived at the check-in time.We did have to wait for it to be prepared.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Our reservation was not kept. This hotel “walked” us to another hotel by calling the day of our stay to say they had moved us to another hotel. However the second hotel had no record of this. Went to STAYBRIDGE and the desk clerk told us it was NOT HIS PROBLEM. No manager on site despite it being early afternoon. Thoroughly disgusted with customer service and no room offered despite having reservation confirmation well in advance. Did nothing to help us find a room elsewhere. Zero stars, zero chance of booking this chain again.

Stayed for 3 months for work training. Room was great as well as staff and hospitality. All around pleasant experience . The location is within 10 mins or less of about anything you can think of.
