We had a reservation for two nights in June 2022. When we arrived we noted that the facility was under significant renovation. During check in, the desk attendant offered us an opportunity to see the room before we completed the check in process to be sure we were OK with the room. We elected to pass due to construction and the cleanliness of the room. The room was cancelled by the attendant. Since we went through a third party, the hotel directed us to the third party for a refund. After multiple attempts to get a refund through the third party, we have been declined a refund after the third party checked with the property. Rest assured that Quality Inn, whatever the location, will not see any more of my business.

This was the worst hotel/motel that I have ever stayed in. We checked in around 1:30am which I had called in advance saying that I would be checking in late, to which they said would be fine. We get to the quality inn at 1:30, they said they had 1 room left and it was in a dirty state. Front desk said if the room was bad, we could change rooms in the morning. Having previous hotel experience, that was so appalling and a horrible practice. We got to the room, smelled like cigarette smoke. The room looked horrible with half scraped off popcorn ceilings, moldy fixtures, hair on the bathroom mirror and towels. It was a horrible experience that I would not want anyone else spending money to have to go through. STAY AWAY!!! Pay the extra money to stay at a nicer hotel with actual quality..

Fairly good reception, sitting area and snack place. There was cable tv, fridge and microwave in the room with ironing board, and kettle and cups for coffee. But the room smelled, lighting was very dim, the other tenants looked questionable. The bathroom sink was outside the bathroom, no bathroom mat so changing clothes was gymnastics, and worst part was that I felt as though ants was in my bed. I couldn't see them but itched and took an allergy tablet but it didn't go away. I couldn't rest well. Found possible blood on the carpet.

Disgusting. Beware - do not book here. My husband and I were coming from Ottawa, Canada and booked through Choice Hotels. When we arrived, the lobby smelled so strongly of marijuana, it was hard to breathe. We were optimistic and hoped that the rest of the hotel would be okay. While walking up to our room, I have never seen a public building more disgusting than this one. There was leaves and dirt all over the floor, a dirty band-aid and blood on the door handle that EVERY person needs to use in order to exit the hotel. The hotel smelled terrible - smoke and dirt (I am sure you can imagine the way the hallways of a condemned apartment building would smell.) This hotel has no business being open. My husband and I went to checkout and requested a refund on account that we did not feel comfortable staying in such a dirty place. They refused to refund us. The front desk said she understood and knows that the hotel is dirty, but that we would have to speak to a manager. We have spoken to 3 managers all refusing to refund with different excuses each time. Do NOT BOOK! Learn from our mistakes.
