Well ambulance 101 on Sept 17 at around 12:05 am almost caused me to wreck on Stanley Lucia Rd. With bright lights on an no they had no call I had to pull over so they could go around me your supposed to be saving lives not trying to cause an accident an this is not the first time so cut your brights off before you kill someone

WORST SERVICE EVER....I was in an auto accident, where my car rolled over twice -- I was considered a trauma patient. EMS came out, put me in the ambulance on a stretcher, then proceeded to come back to me and tell me to get off the stretcher (while in a neck brace) and lay across the seats in the ambulance, while they put the other person (the one who ran the red light and hit me) in the same ambulance as myself. I made the ride to the hospital laying across the seats with no kind of constraint, seatbelt or anything. Once we reached the hospital, they asked me to walk out of the ambulance and get on a stretcher, outside of the hospital. Then while pushing me into the hospital, they ran into the door jam, I said "Ouch, is that necessary"? It was laughed about......... I know this is wrong and am considering getting an attorney to resolve this matter. Any suggestions? If I could score less than 1 star, it would be a -10000000000000. Hope to never deal with Gastonia EMS again.

My elderly mother was prone to falls. Every time (and there were many), we called the non-emergency number, EMTs came to lift her up. They were invariably kind, friendly, gentle and patient. I don't know what we'd have done without them. They are all GEMS in my book.

The lady I talk to about a bill that was from 2012 it was where my daughter was choking on a rock and I had called them and they never billed my insurance now they’re saying it’s too late for them to build it and now they want me to pay it out of my pocket she was very rude loud disrespectful and hateful if I was you I would just get in my car and drive to the hospital
