The massage was great. However the customer service is completely inept and unethical. I was the LAST customer of the day and left an extremely sentimental necklace on the ottoman. I called at 1030 am the next morning, 30 minutes after they opened. This means that the only people with access to the room were Massage Envy employees, contractors, and at most, 1 customer. Additionally, if rooms are cleaned to minimmal standards between clients, the necklace was sure to be found. And yet 6 hours and 2 different managers (Renae and Emily) later, "they don't know what to say and cameras would have seen me wearing it." Oh and the kicker was Emily telling me there wasnt anything else she could do since she didn't work yesterday. There is a sign in the lobby that indicates the owner name and a number to contact. I asked the "manager" to give me that information and she couldn't. Laughable. So now I'm left to file a police report. Beware.

They'll ask you your son's name and phone number so they can create a profile for him (if he doesn't already have one) and they'll transfer the session to that profile. He can use it at any Massage Envy.
