Our company utilizes Pinnacol Assurance for our Workers Compensation and after working for a different insurance company for four years that handled Workers Compensation claims I am beyond impressed with how Pinnacol has helped our company with the handling of our employees claims as well as their willingness to help with other issues that arise unexpectedly. We have had the privilege of working with a few adjusters that have been absolutely wonderful in treating our employees with concern and respect. I would DEFINITELY recommend Pinnacol Assurance for anyone's Workers Compensation needs. Brandee Howard Creative Fabrications, LLC Office Manager

I have used Pinnacol Assurance for our business Worker's Comp insurance for years now. They are so easy to work with and helpful when needed. I highly recommend them!

Not sure how this company gets so many good reviews. maybe fake? Maybe they changed management. But my experience with them as a business owner was terrible. It was like pulling teeth to get them to pay claims. Which is embarrassing when your employees medical bills are not getting paid. I have also dealt with them as a customer. They are not a good customer to say the least. Acting constantly with a god syndrome mentality.

Absolutely terrible experience. Had to use Pinnacol for an at home nanny for 3 months and they ended up charging over $600. The explanation was that there was a minimum fee and that it was in the terms and conditions. This was not presented upfront and makes me very unhappy as a consumer.

Hi Paul! A couple of questions for the inspector should help: 1. Is the inspector an independent contractor or sole proprietor without other employees? If so, they don’t need workers’ comp. 2. Is the inspector employed by a company, or do they have a contract of hire that requires workers’ comp? If so, they need to be covered. Hope this helps!
Of course! 303-361-5000.
