Snipes at the Roosevelt Mall is a great store!!!!!! The staff members are extremely helpful and they have a great variety of clothes for kids to adults both men and women. They also have a great selection of shoes. I was happy to see several racks of very nice name brand clothes on sale. They were one of the very few stores that was open late on Christmas Eve. I can't wait to go back to Snipes to do some more shopping. Overall I was extremely satisfied with this store, the employees and their merchandise.

My husband & I each found a pair of sneakers that we liked, we asked the associate if they had them in our sizes & we were told yes, they would be at the register. We get to the register, waited in line for about 10 mins, but that was expected bc it's the holidays. When we get to the cashier she tells us that nobody ever brought either pair of sneakers out from the back. It took the staff about 15-20 mins to come back with 2 boxes, one box was the sneakers my husband wanted & the other box was the pair I wanted, but unfortunately the sneakers that I wanted to purchase the box only had one shoe in it & of course it was the last size 6Y too, so I wasn't able to get them. They didn't lose the sneaker, a staff member that wanted that pair of sneakers in that size hid that sneaker somewhere in the back so that when payday comes they can buy them. Employees that do this, especially during the holidays should be fired. I won't ever waste my time going back to this store ever again. I did however go online when I got home & found the same pair of sneakers in my size somewhere else for cheaper with free shipping & I'll have them in time for Christmas too.

Went in to get some cool greys at 6:45 only to see a bunch of empty chairs and milk crates that people have and come right before they open and no one cares to manage it for people that actually wait in line. Let people buy shoes and get back in line and didn’t care. Horrible place and avoid at all costs if it’s any new shoe release let alone a jordan

I went to Snipes looking for a specific sneaker “Jordan’s”. This is a gift for a child in need and I needed clarification on Jordan’s vs. Jordan 1’s. If it wasn’t for Alexis and her patience I probably would have walked out with the wrong item. I definitely didn’t wanna make the child upset with the wrong purchase. I gave Alexis a description of the child’s swag. She pointed out three sneakers and two of them were on point, the two that was on point was exactly what the child was asking for (sent the child screenshots). After Alexis’s help one of those sneakers was purchased and we’re all happy. I was happy to help a child in need, Alexis was happy to assist in making sure this child got the right sneakers, and most of all the child was extremely happy, appreciative, and grateful for their first pair of Jordan’s.
