Sad to say as one of Footlocker’s employees in the state of Maryland, the Footlocker in Upper Darby,PA is not the place to shop or order items from online. For the last two weeks customer service and I have called the store multiple times and no one answers the phone. A shipping label was printed out for my items but was not has yet to be sent out. Usually at my store we reach out to the customer to discuss why we maybe having trouble with packaging or shipping, but no one has made the attempt to reach out or answer the store phone.

I had a great experience pleasantly surprised how cool the Art work on the walls..had so much gear clearance & cool socks too every one was friendly & super knowledgeable about online & the App I bought two pairs of sneakers..&will b back

I’ve never actually made a purchase here but they do have a pretty good selection of sneakers and I would definitely purchase from here in the near future.

Another day, another Foot Locker. This location is right on the 69th street strip across from Burlington. We were greeted and assisted as soon as we walked into the store. They had a decent selection of items for the whole family. Unfortunately, some of the items that we requested weren't in stock. The associate that assisted us was pretty helpful, but could've been a bit more attentive. When we got to the register to checkout, the young lady there was very cheerful and knowledgable.
