I am a new customer at Glaser Ceramic Supply. I have ordered products from these folks a few times. Their customer service is great!! I have called in a couple of times to ask some questions and customer service representative- Marilyn was the person that I spoke to. She is amazing!! She was very courteous, knowledgeable, and very personable!! I had placed an order for my elderly Aunt that is in her late eighties. My Aunt was confused about the packing slip that she had received. I had placed a call in to Glaser and reached Marilyn. I was thrilled once again to be speaking to her. Very much to my surprise, Marilyn and Glaser had already taken care of the confusion regarding my elderly Aunt. Marilyn and the Glaser company are truly a shining example of what ''great customer service'' is all about!! If Glaser has an employee recognition program, I would like to have Marilyn recognized! Keep up the great work everyone.

Hi Lynda! Sculpture paste is not firable. For repairing bisque we would recommend Marx Magic Mender or Duncan SY545 Patch-A-Tatch. Some artists will concurrently fire Mother Of Pearl and Gold at a cone 019 but it is difficult to do. If the Mother of Pearl and Gold touch anywhere on the piece it will have a bad result.
