Husker sew n vac are great people — from their sales to their service department. They are knowledgeable about the products they sell and their service department keeps my machines serviced and running smooth. If I have a problem or question about one of my machines, they are always happy to help.

I called to inquire about a problem with the needle threader on my Brother SE1900 and the lady was very helpful over the phone, explaining that the other stores I tried couldn't repair my maching because only authorized dealers can get the parts for it. She told me they had the parts on hand and what the price would be. I went in and my machine was fixed for $15 in less than 30 minutes, while I waited. The store is bright and clean and a fine place to spend 30 minutes. I wish I had called them six months ago, instead of leaving my machine with another shop who kept saying "we don't know when the parts will be in, everyone is having trouble getting them".

Same answer as Stephen. They do great work.
Yes. Everyone in the building was wearing masks. They had clean and used pens and hand sanitizer on the counter.
They are the experts on sewing and sewing machines and vacuums as well and purely nice people
It could be possible. You will need to contact us directly or stop in.
Currently we don't have any used Bernina's. Our used inventory does change all the time depending upon trade ins though.
Yes, and Yes we do sell and are also a Dyson warranty center.
It all depends on the quality of the vacuum, the cleaning conditions, and the maintenance done to the vacuum.

Most start at $6.00
Sorry but we can't get parts for them. There is a repair station in Omaha to help you though
Could be a few things. Easy things to check are... Is needle in all the way or put in right? If so then a technician may have to time the machine.
Hi name is Matt I'm the vac tech at husker. My suggestion is to bring in the unit an see if we can match it up. If we have the cord used it would lower the price.
