I'm looking for someone to make a custom piece that I can use as an urn. When I asked if the owner was able to make a basketball, she said, "Uhh, no. I don't make gimmicky things. I only do show pieces." As I was in the middle of trying to ask a follow up question, she simply hung up on me. Whoever it was that I barely spoke to, she was rude, and that's putting it mildly.
