Shahab Madadi was our broker. I absolutely pleased with the services offered by shahab and bostonpads. He was super proactive and patient, along with explaining every step of the apartment renting process to an international student like me. Shahab was always available and felt like having a friend on the inside. Couldn't have asked for a better broker. I'd blindly trust him while being rest assured. Thanks a bunch Shaun

My brother and I had a wonderful experience with Steven Scurti from Boardwalk Properties. Steven was more than patient with our requests and always put our needs first. We were doing the whole process online and he made the whole process so easy. He was very kind from the beginning finding us a place right around our school. Steven met us at the airport with our keys and offered us a ride to the place. Very responsive via text and phone. Chill guy with positive attitude you need to find your perfect place. If you want someone you can trust look no further. Thank you Steven.

I would definitely recommend using the Boston Pads platform. From the first day I registered and liked some units, an agent reached out to me almost immediately. Her name is Tiffany Costello from Nextgen Realty. She is very genuine, proactive and just great. We got along very well and she did extensive research to find me units that were in line with what I had in mind. It was a very smooth experience and I would definitely use them again.

I am a local landlord with only 2 rental properties, a condo I used to live in Downtown and another property in Newton. I haven't worked with many rental companies, but when a tenant of mine broke his lease last year I feared going vacant while being stuck still paying that mortgage so I reached out via Boston Pads to see if an agent could help me. I am grateful I reached out, because just a couple of weeks later one of their agents named Dani was able to bring me some great long term tenants. She reached out again this year to make sure they would be renewing their lease, showing me they don't just care about getting a quick deal done but about maintaining relationships. This company is professional, knowledgeable, and a class act.
