FiberCast Cable, has provided excellent service for the time that I have used their broadband internet. If something is wrong they have fixed it up the same day. One of their goals is to educate the people of DSL and other slow internet technologies that there is a better and faster way to browse the internet. This goes to show that you truly don't have to live in the city to have the luxuries of living in a city with broadband infrastructure, for example I used to have 7Mbps download speeds from a DSL provider and one simple call to FiberCast and I now have 100Mbps down. We live in a world where the government is run by people who truly don't understand technology for an example, the FCC used to consider 4Mbps download and 1Mbps upload was considered to be a "Broadband connection"! The FCC has now changed this statement to 25Mbps down and 3Mbps up is now the standard for a Broadband internet connection FiberCast offers 4 times the new legal broadband download speed definition, and 25 times the old legal broadband download speed definition!!! For once it is nice to have a good ISP that isn't shady like Comcast, Verizon, or Spectrum since they like to pull things over on their customers all the time ( I could rant on and on about this, but I won't). In all seriousness if you are looking for an amazing Cable/Fiber ISP then look no more and go with FiberCast. It's time to reach out of the stone age and see the amazing world that is broadband internet!!

Yes we did have a problem with a malfunctioning piece of equipment in North Stratford, the best way is to call the office and leave a message they are forwarded to my cell i dont always have the ability to call back but i always get the messages and address the problem as fast as i can
During the last 18 months there were 3 car accidents,1 equipment failure and 2 weather related incidents (down trees) that caused major Internet outages effected our Internet service in Northern area.
We are currently having at internet outage and are working on getting all service restored
Fibercast has upgraded their phone system, so in the future you will be able to contact them regardless of what is happening locally.
Internet is out in Colebrook also
