The employee sent me to pay my bill at the self service kiosk. The store was decent but Xfinity is too expensive. Cable TV should be free!!! We watch commercials all the time. If we have to pay for cable tv...well then...we should have NO commercials.

We went thru 3 modems with them before we had a tech come out. He told us the modem was obsolete & gave us the new modem, which works great. Demanded a big credit for that! Have a tech come out & check your equipment first! Don't go by what the store or customer service.

Yes but you will need to Program Your new TV remote For your existing TV So you can turn it on and off And this can be a little tricky so you might want to get some help

Of course you can. But you'd be better off to call to have a tech to come out. Tell them your having trouble with it. They'll see that it's obsolete and replace it no charge. I went thru 3 modem exchanges at the store and then had a tech come only to tell me that the one I kept getting was obsolete.

Well yes u can get other box..as far as connection ..wires old , loose....but technician will assit u on that & other questions& yes additional $$ 4 other box

I have a net flix account independent from Xfinity. If you are paying for Netflix already, then just sign in under your name and password. And contact Xfinity to stop charging your boyfriend!

Yup, you sure can.. I have about 14 different types of COMCAST remotes. If Comcast doesn't have the one you need, in stock. Just shoot me an email and I'll give you whatever you need, if I have it. I don't have any extra Voice Remotes, other than my own two but I have every other type they had up until the latest ( voice ) version. . T. B.

The woman at the front counter will take your equipment returns as soon as you walk in. She scans the bar code and gives you a rcpt. Quick and efficient. But then you have to wait for the next available rep. So, it depends on how busy they are.
