No one can hear me on my phone. They all say it is muffled and like I am in a tin can. I don't know if I have insurance on my phone or not. I don't put anything near my phone that can possible spill so my microphone must be broken.What can I do?

I would call Xfinity directly because the people at the store are absolutely horrible with their customer service... calling directly to explain it to customer service is your best bet!
