Went w/ my teen to get his 1st ever phone;Had an appointment,&were initially greeted/ acknowledged/ told to sign in. then the guy we had an A appt w just walked off, without a word. Kinda strange.. we waited, looked around, the guy just sat at a desk ignoring us so we left..ended up at Metro, got fantastic service- an awesome deal& walked out w/ a very happy teen :-)

How long should I have to wait for service when there's two people ahead of me? Well, to be fair, I was bumped once for an appointment. Anyway, it seems to me that waiting 50 minutes is a bit much. I should note that the representatives were very polite and helpful, just perhaps understaffed?

They sent a notice saying we had to swap out our Internet equipment for a newer model. I brought the equipment into the store and when the associate opened up my account he said it was not properly activated. He was on his computer for a minute and said that everything was all set and that we would have additional free cable through the app. We started getting invoices for cable a month later because he never disclosed that it was only a promotional offer. Whatever he typed into his computer now has slow down our Internet and we are routinely interrupted. The manager adjusted delete account but this is the type of practice that they are very good at-

15 people and only 2 customers being served. I was told it would be less than the usual hour wait. All this to pay the bill. Last six months it has been like this.

This place should be closed! It’s never enough workers, and the wait time is extremely unbearable. 45 minutes to an hour wait with 3 to 4 workers. This is unacceptable being this has been like this for decades 31st and Burlington.
