This place is great! I was able to rent a space online really quickly. I went to check out the space before I moved my stuff in and realized the space I rented was too small. I went to the office (at 5:56 on a Friday night - 4 minutes before they closed!) and Mario helped me change to a bigger space. It was so easy and I was able to move my stuff in the next day.

This was our first experience at an Extra Space Storage, and it far exceeded our expectations! To start, the customer service was wonderful. They were friendly, helpful and patient. Our storage unit was very clean upon arrival, which is definitely a bonus. I really enjoyed having our own access code to an entry and exit gate, ensuring optimum safety and protection of our belongings within the facility. Very grateful to have used Extra Space Storage while in the area. Will be utilizing their services again if needed in the future.

I have been a customer with Extra Space Storage for a while now. I needed to downsize and because the Lawrenceville site didn’t have what I was looking for I checked with the Hamilton site and this is where I met Jason and Mario. They were very pleasant to do business with. Mario was transparent and made me feel relaxed enough to ask any questions I had to ask. He has a beautiful personality and was very professional. He really showed how much he loves his job and was excited about sharing information which helped me to make my decisions.
