Impossible to get start and hire date with company. Only care about how many bodies they have on shift and not the people. This place has been the only location that I could not receive this information. Kenneth burdock at 1 crossgates mall rd has add to that by not simply emailing me. After several conversations and even texting me the information ( needed in email).

I will never recommend this company to anyone even if you’re just starting out as security! Mike the branch manager is very rude with a terrible attitude. Tabitha is just as disrespectful but expects everyone to take the disrespect without a flinch. The pay is VERY LOW. We are barely making over minimum wage. They are highly UNPROFESSIONAL! I cannot stress this enough. Devon Moore is a supervisor at confident site and that itself is a complete joke. If only they were to investigate on him alone then they will see where the problem lies!!! DO NOT WORK HERE PLEASE.
