Great place to live, really quite, save, clean and well take care for. Right next door to major grocery stores, pharmacy and Marlboro Hospital. About two miles from the highway. We have moved into The point at Hudson about six years ago and we had a really great experience leaving there. We are only moving out cause we bought our own house, but I’m sure we will miss there and the people who works there as they are very professional and friendly !!!

Living here is the best, nice and quiet place day and night, grills next to the office for a nice little cookout and a gym for when you want to get active. 10/10 living experience.

I want to brag about how lucky I feel to live at such a fabulous apartment complex I fondly call “Pleasantville Point” as it is so surreal to me how wonderful everything and everybody here is, like a really great dream! Here’s a good example, I had a problem with something in my apartment.I finally called June, as she is extremely great at problem solving.May I add that Tori and June (and Corey) have always gone above and beyond to help me since I moved in. That is your “A” team! Tori went above and beyond to get this problem solved for me. He is very resourceful and efficient at his job!. Sincerely, Chris Gemme

I love it here. I feel very safe and very appreciated. Office staff care about all of the residents here. I especially love the new flowers and landscaping that they have been working on. Such a beautiful place to live! I highly recommend! Tori, our maintenance supervisor, is always ready to help whenever there is a problem. He always makes sure its done right the first time. The perfect place to spend my senior years. <3
