Their website said they were open at 0530am Mon-Fri. I arrived at 0525am Thursday morning. The sign on the door says the don’t open tell 0600am Mon-Fri. It’s now 0625am, I’ve waisted gas and time, lost sleep, and misappropriated my scheduling for anything further in the day because I don’t know if I should leave and get on with it, or stay because the opening staff is walking around the corner any minute now. Their phone service doesn’t allow for a correction of such a situation, just a dozen different voicemail boxes for you to leave your name and number. I can’t wait to hear about how this is all because of COVID. When it’s because of COVID that I’m presently unemployed, homeless and struggling just to have a full stomach, operational phone service and a running vehicle and now have to rely on solutions such as places that consider this professional business practice. If the business is closed, close it down and delete it from the web. If it’s open, get your hours straightened out across the board and be on time. If I didn’t have to return my phone because I couldn’t make the payments and pull out and antiquated android as a backup after COVID shut us down, again, I’d snap a picture of the front door with a time stamp, as it is now, 0639am on a Thursday and freakin nuthin. Dark. Nobody. And whose gonna refund my time, gas, patience and effort, certainly not PeopleReady

I get helpers on short notice, mostly same day. They always get me someone within a couple hours of my request. The people they send always show up ready to work and don't complain if it's digging or whatever.

Yes there are safety checks. Renewing your 'application info' is important when your certifications change, your time frame of availability, your distance willing or able to travel changes. Renewing your application would happen if you've been inactive for a month or season, or what you can offer changes. .
No. The phones get answered between about 6:30am to 6pm unless they're in a meeting. The front dest are pretty good at answering phone calls during business hours. If anything just leave a message and try back within a half hour within business hours.
