The first time I went I was recommend by my hair stylist , the convience of area was cool, but the owner Rose appeared nice, but seem to have a nasty attitude behind ppls back Not gonna lie , braids turned out decent . But her customer service skills in particular are horrible..I said I would come again, cause I believe in supporting my community But I called today , try to remember how much she charged last time, gave her a guess ..she was like "noooo I wouldn't charge that " I said ok . Whatever... how much this time? Since it's a different size of braids ..she still ain't say much , very judgemental of clients head size , etc . The part that got me is as I'm booking , u so quick to talk trash ..I can still here u talking to ya Co workers of "idk why these ppl lie" I'm sitting there listening to her still talk trash ..I just called back and canceled ..don't need no ones bad energy, attitude or aura in my hair ... ill take my service elsewhere. They don't offer to wash hair even tho I came with it washed , and lady had me waiting forever cause she didn't kno how to receive her cash app from previous customer, plus started to eat her lunch to doing my hair ..yea I'm all set .
