I've been going here for a couple of years because it's convenient location and hours, but after the particularly unacceptable service I received recently CANNOT recommend them to anyone. Beware that *You might not get what you want: Sometimes they ignore your requests and don't give you the braid length, width or parts you want. Last time I told the braider what length I wanted (because she didn't check after the first braid), she said it was "long enough" and kept going, despite my request. * Quality and service varies widely: When I asked to get length added the next day, she was visibly mad and just braided more hair around the original braids, instead of unbraiding and feeding it in. On top of the poor service, the extensions she added started sliding off within days... *Their tight braiding RUINS edges: 3 weeks after that same appointment I woke up and noticed a braid front and center on my hairline came out at the ROOT. Black women understand how traumatic that is. And how tight does someone have to braid for it to take out inches of hair along your edges, weeks later?! Unacceptable. After spending $160 and 2 days at the salon, the style barely lasted 3 weeks and my edges are damaged. They care about getting as many heads in as possible, not about haircare or customer service. Save your money, your energy and your edges by finding a more professional spot.

They are rude Prices changes everytime They are rude They don’t tell you if your appointment is canceled They are rude They will double or triple book and expect you to wait Did I say there were rude? Fatima is the only one who can really braid There’s a lady there that brings all her kids and baby to the shop she’s answers the phone and she’s rude af! They are rude Prices are ALWAYS diff no matter if you get the same thing each time.. They are rude af and clearly have no customer service training

The woman who did my hair she did a great job it took longer than I expected..I asked her for the braids to be bigger she did them smaller and longer than what I told her.. she kept asking the other lady to help her because she didn't have a clue what I ask for. Overall it came out really nice.

This place is horrible,they treat their customers like a trash talk too much each other. Been there once nerver ever again they don’t know how to iron hair very bad places.
