Any dealings with the Greek consulate is an act of God! You have a better chance of getting hold of the President. I have been trying to get a certified letter for a Greek bank in Greece for TWO MONTHS!!! I was told today that the clerk is out till 9/7/2022. There might be someone that can help me after that date but sure!!!This is the same deal anytime you call there for something. You can never talk directly to anyone of authority as all the calls are screened. I have no clue how all the other reviews are 5 stars. Hope you never need anything from that place. They should be ashamed of the service they provide!!!!!!!!

I recently worked with Ms. Zioga at the consulate to get paperwork submitted regarding military service for my son, who just turned 18. I received very helpful information and guidance and I was impressed by the short time it took to get formal approval for postponing his service. Ms. Zioga and the staff I interacted with were all very courteous and professional. I am very thankful.

I do not know, I am a reader / visitor here. If you speak Greek, it is better to ask the Tax Office for Residents Abroad. https://www.praxisakiniton.com/efories.php?efories=5208&doy=%CE%9A%CE%91%CE%A4%CE%9F%CE%99%CE%9A%CE%A9%CE%9D % 20% CE% 95% CE% 9E% CE% A9% CE% A4% CE% 95% CE% A1% CE% 99% CE% 9A% CE% 9F% CE% A5 Or here. http://usimmigration.gr/%CE%B1%CE%BC%CE%B5%CF%81%CE%B9%CE%BA%CE%B1%CE%BD%CE%B9%CE%BA%CE % AE-% CF% 86% CE% BF% CF% 81% CE% BF% CE% BB% CE% BF% CE% B3% CE% AF% CE% B1 /

First of all these Google questions are not supervised by the consulate. See if these links help. https://studyinthestates.dhs.gov/proof-of-citizenship-or-lawful-permanent-residency https://www.mfa.gr/usa/en/services/services-for-greeks/documents-required-for-submission-to-the-tax-authorities-in-greece-by-individual-persons-that- are-usa-tax-residents-and-declare-also-income-in-greece.html I don't know if the 2nd link is relevant at all, but if in doubt, try direct communication.
