Hello, my mother in law has a bank account at citizens bank in Boston. Since a couple of years she is back in Greece. The citizens bank did not send her balances for her bank account although they were requested. What does she have to do?Thank you!

I don't know if Boston's bank is able to help you.... I suggest to get in touch again to that bank. Also ,maybe you can try and other methods ,see here. https://www.finder.com/international-money-transfers/send-money-to-greece Or to register an account to the National bank of Greece ,to Boston and next ,deposit some money and next step ,the money to be sent to Greece. https://www.yellowpages.com/boston-ma/national-bank-of-greece I'm living to Greece ,if you wish contact also them . https://www.nbg.gr/en/contact I'm sorry that i have no something else in my mind.
