Had a great experience at Peter's Sushi Spot. Peter serves up a "torched" nigiri that was as excellent as the ones I had in Osaka, Japan. I love contrasting a seared piece of fish with it's raw counterpart. The veggie tempura I has was also top notch. Highly recommend this spot for your sushi cravings!

2022: Nice staff, focused menu, clean and enjoyable environment. Would definitely return and recommend. I personally want to put it further to the test. Best sushi I've found in Anchorage. I travel to Japan routinely and I'm still very impressed by the selection and quality of their Nigiri. I'll be back!

I love Peter's! My favorite sushi spot in Anchorage. Been coming here for years. Always fresh, delicious fish. The service is incredible. The rolls are top-notch. And I really like the vibe and the atmosphere.

They are doing a great job, plenty of room between tables, masks 😷, cleaning and sanitizing, you have to call so that they can open the door for you. All take out orders are brought out to your car so that there isn't foot traffic in the restaurant.
