Doctor Davis was the most unprofessional doctor I have ever experienced. Was not helpful at all. Instead of looking for a solution he just wanted to end the call. Would never recommend for him for anything! Response to AMS: That is not the truth at all. I did not ignore the suggestions that were made. Before my consultation with the doctor, I spent 2 hours on hold with my pharmacy to try to get the prescription name, but was never able to get through. I also had three different phone calls with my original doctors office to try to get information needed with no success. The doctor was very rude and kept telling me that he didn't understand why I couldn't get the name of the prescription even after explaining myself several times. I completely understand that this seems like it should be a very easy thing to obtain, but it in my case, under my time-line it was not at all. I was hoping the doctor would have a little more medical knowledge of issue I was dealing with, as in the past with two other doctors, what they had prescribed was the obvious prescription for that issue. I was even able to give details on the prescription, like having to take it 4 times a day, which is pretty unique. It just seemed like the doctor had no interest in putting any effort in trying to figure it out. Anyways, ended up seeing another doctor and he instantly knew the name of the prescription name after describing my issue.

Dr. Clawson and Dylan were incredibly nice and helpful. Dr. Clawson was very friendly, and made me feel very relaxed during my visit, and Dylan was so friendly and helpful with dealing with my insurance.

I stumbled across these guys when needing urgent care and have used them ever since. They are super nice, have always made my experience a very comfortable one. If they allowed to use them as primary docs, I would!!

AMS urgent care exceeded my expectations in multiple ways. As the other reviewers pointed out, they may do screening with rapid covid tests before you enter the building, so I was prepared for this to add to the wait time, but overall the wait time was fine for an urgent care. Dr Davis took a significant amount of time to address my concern and provided follow up the next day. The staff answered my calls promptly and called the next day with results. Everyone was kind, calm, and professional. They provide up front pricing if you are paying out of pocket.
