So far I've been with cook inlet for three years without much issues. I do wish they would change their income restrictions.

They're set up so you can apply but they are basically stealing money from people. They won't respond but yet there are services you can apply and they'll take your money for nothing, and you'll never get it back. Time for a class action law suit, or to call the courts. I'd say call the police but they don't do anything about people or corporations breaking the law.

Looking for Senior housing, applied on line for a property that was taking applications. Applied. Got a call and turns out I was on a list for a place I had not wanted to move to. So I had to fill out another application! Then I got a letter a month later saying it was full and I could apply to the place I stated I did not want to move to. The people in the office don't know what they are doing. Scary for a lot of reasons. Might as well rent from a private landlord.
