Safi is horrible, greedy and unprofessional. I would give a negative star if I could. She left me with a track exposed in the front and the rest of my weave was coming out from the track within 3 days. She refused to fix it properly and tried to tell me she would have to charge me FULL price for her to do it over again. She also did not leave enough out of the top to cover the track. Save your money and the headache. RUN!!!! from her. She is the worst!

Horrible horrible horrible!! At first I was pleased she was quick and it looked great until I noticed the back, the twists felt like I had more hair in the front. It was fuzzy, twists falling out on the first day!! She also double books and stops to do someone else, I knew something was off when I noticed her rushing the poor girl in the chair getting knotless.. I paid her 400$ this isn’t the first time, back in April same thing I called her to express my feelings I also texted to cover myself just in case. She doesn’t reply and doesn’t care She has charged me 400 plus I tip and I purchase takeout for her kids I usually don’t get into this stuff but I am angry and disappointed in her.!! $$$$ is all she cares about FYI doing great business will bring great things

My crochet locks came out big and ugly. I wanted smaller ones and she didn’t bother to ask if I wanted to her to take them out to put smaller ones in. Then talks about you in her language. All about money!
