I am so thankful for such an efficient Office and Maintenance Managers and staff here at Park Ave Villas. Work orders are easy to put in and i am always feeling like my needs are being addressed in a prompt manner, and/or, as with my air-conditioning, immediate response and action. Looking forward to the on-going enhancements to our beautiful pool. The summer is slipping by though so please accelerate this major work order too, lol
