I’ve been here almost 2 years. They’ve always said they’re going to make the grounds look better but they don’t. All They do is make promises and jacked the rent. This year it’s going to be a huge hike about $200 a month extra. For apartments that were built back in 1987. The water/sewe is supposedly included in the rent but it’s not it’s prorated. And it seems to be going up every time. It’s not fair for a person who is a single occupant to pay the same amount of money for water as a apartment with a large family. This place is falling apart. Since I’ve been here they are on their fifth property manager. This place could be a nice place if they truly wanted it.

Kristen is great! My ac sounded like a 757 jet taking off she promptly got it taken care of didn't have to go without AC as well as replacing my toilet thank you for your attention and swiftness on getting the issues resolved couldn't be happier. Thanks to kristen manager) and alex.

As a long term resident of the Winter Woods apartment community I would like to give a SHOUT OUT to the property manager, Kristen Bryan, the maintenance staff for keeping us safe during this serious pandemic. They followed the CDC guidelines by using masks at all times and requiring the residents to do the same while entering the office and limiting one resident at a time. I have watched property managers come and go and Ms. Bryan greets residents with a smile, and has a positive attitude with a willingness to have sincere empathy for those struggling during the COVID crisis. She suggests resources for residents who have been affected by losing employment, etc. In the past we have had managers which were not on property or available for prospective residents or current residents. Residents remember how they are treated, and when you walk into the office, you are greeted by first name and you feel "at home," whatever your concern may be. That is PROFESSIONAL! That is someone residents like myself, can trust. Which in turn, lessens the turnover you see with residents. The goal is to keep residents happy, so they stay and to attract prospective new residents by giving them that same level of professionalism and kind customer service. KUDOS to the hiring staff, for giving us Ms. Bryan and we hope she will be with us for a long time to come.

We’ve been living here for years and the service was amazing but then years later management changed and everything went terrible. Now the management is terrible, the community is not friendly and etc. There are many issues with our apartments. I do not recommend this place.
