If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I've had termites in my house 2 times!!!!!!! Landlords walk in whenever they want. Dish washer has been broken for ages, took them 1 month to get me the gym keys. My plumbing has been awful. Leaks left and right. This place is inhabitable and filled with roaches and termites. Neighbors are whackos. My apartment always smells like weed. DO NOT STAY HERE BY ANY MEANS. Overpriced dump.

I been living here for about 11 years and I have all good things to say about the place , from the location of the apartments to the great attention from the office. If you have any troubles maintenance is quick to respond and fix it even if is late at night they always have someone on call. With the pandemic I had some issues paying rent and June and Victoria, help me out to reach programs and support me for all of it. I feel like I am really home because they make this place homie and they treat you the best !!! I even had a party for my baby boy Alushe 15 years!!! Quinceañero Alushe and me are so happy here !! Thank you

I love this place! It's so cozy, shady trees and a water fountain in the pond...the people are so nice! There's plenty of parking, which is a huge plus. Great location, it's very close to the beautiful Historic Downtown area, as well as to the main thoroughfare, which will get you anywhere very quickly. I can watch the rockets launch from the comfort of my living room! The office staff is very kind, professional, and always offer solutions. The maintenance team is very fast to resolve any situation.

BUGS!!! I would give this 0 stars but I can't. Can I just say I know this is Florida and we have bugs, but I have never seen so many roaches. Every time the exterminator comes I have to empty out my entire cabinets in my kitchen. I have now done this twice in 2 months and there is no solution. Just a note on your door the night before saying pest guy is coming and you need to empty them out before he comes. How professional is that? When the Terminex guy shows up and you ask him to spray behind your fridge and he says "oh wow" you know there's a serious issue... Also had the Maintenance guy come to remove a roach from my stove clock because I thought there was a problem with the clock... no it's a roach. He's back again in the clock of my stove. Just disgusting.
