Roach infested Apartments...I told manager(Kimberly) about the fact that roaches were literally jumping out the cabinets and she just laughed...not livable situation let alone funny

So they can raise the rent sooner.
Rent is due on the 1st of ea month if not recieved by the 5th it's considered a breech of contract and a 3day pay or quit is given. Yes there is a late fee im not positive but i believe its $50
