Been here over three years. There’s no other place I’d rather be. Shopping is super close and if you need to get anywhere in Orlando the 429 it’s just a hop skip jumping away. Everything is Beautiful always. The staff is hands-down the best in the industry. Thank you everyone for making this an awesome experience for me and my family.

I love where I live.. and I have Andreia Cancino to thank for that. Andreia is one of the leasing agents at Lakewalk. Moving into this community was the first time I had ever left home, or lived with a significant other. Apartment searching can be chaotic and overwhelming, but the day Andreia called me, everything changed. Not only is she one of the kindest, most down to earth women I have ever met, but she instantly makes you feel heard! She makes the process of looking for a new place to live feel light. Throughout my 8 months of living here, seeing her around the community always brought a smile to my face. I am so grateful for everything she has done for me and I look forward to working with her again in the future wherever we may cross paths! Thank you Andreia! You are the best!

Lakewalk at Hamlin was our first home after we relocated 1200 miles. We had a wonderful experience and we actually set up everything ahead of time. The staff walked us through paperwork, gave us a virtual tour and our home was just as promised upon our arrival. One of the staff, Victoria, was especially helpful and went out of her way anytime we needed anything. We have since moved into our permanent home. However I can tell you we loved living at Lakewalk at Hamlin. The grounds and amenities are superb. We actually miss living there! Thank you Lakewalk staff and especially Victoria for all the great memories! Nick and Tammy miss you!

Love this apartment complex! We’ve been here over four years and never had anything bad to say. Maintenance was always quick to address and fix our needs. The staff is always friendly. The amenities are wonderful, wish we used the pool more! You can also view the nightly Magic Kingdom fireworks by the pool on the lake, so beautiful! We also enjoyed the events, like Food trucks and Holiday festivities. Our rent never went up a crazy amount like most other places in Central Florida, which is a huge blessing! $50 at most Thank you Lakewalk for a wonderful few years!
