The maintainence guys here are really great. The issues I have had have been addressed very quickly and they really work hard. I had a random bullet from the other side of Winter Garden go through my bedroom window and they had the new windo in in less than 48 hours. I really like those guys. Our staff in the office has changed a lot in the past, but I think we have a good group now with Gisela and Lisamarie. Thanks for getting things taken care of!

Thank you for your job, is appreciated. Country Garden is an affordable apartment, easy access to plenty roads/routes, clean, updated appliances, secure, nice and attended personal. Thank you

The office people are seriously very rude and at the least unprofessional. Wouldn’t even give me an xtra 2 hours to wait for a tow truck to come get my car. I see no reason to treat people with such disrespect very glad they were rude upfront and I didn’t rent form here. If you are looking for a place be ware they will tow your car for the smallest reason as if they aren’t human and we don’t all have a bad day they don’t care! Superficial jerks!
