This place is great! I can honestly say it has completely changed my life for the better! I can have a normal life without battling with myself every day. I know eventually we have to get off of it but by that time I'll be so far away from that life I won't know how to find my way back!

Staff is always friendly and eager to help.
Lovely
Methadone used properly works! Like any prescription medication. Some say its a lifetime choice and it very well may be for some/most! Methadone saved my life! I would not be married happily ! Sober since September 2013. Now the clinic its self is small and the people who work there are nice .... Just avoid the other patients. Dont tell anyone your business they will use it against you. Some people use this place to get better others unfortunately use it and abuse it..... Those are the people to be warry of.......

6:30am-8:30am Clearwater only
Nearly $18 a day. Unless you have some kind of insurance or you meet the requirements to pay less, they also have a program that will pay half your cost a month. But you have to put in the fee appeal and sometimes there is not enough spaces/money .its first come first serve on the fee appeals and not everyone will get approved.
It depends on the person and their individual need. For some its life long for others a couple years.... It varies
A guest dose is when you are from out of town and you are here visiting. You dose at whatever miligram you're normally at every day where you're from. You just have to schedule with your counselor when you're going to be here and when.
medicare n medicaid but you better off usin them somewhere else where youll actually get REAL help. Thats 100 abby n good luck girl!
She needs to let her Counselor know what days she is going to need to guest dose and the name of the clinic you plan on dosing. If she talks to her advisor about the trip she should have no problems setting up everything she needs too. Usually a 2 week noticed is sufficient enough time to get it all sorted out..
I'm about 98% positive that the blue card entitles you for free dosing. Also Medicare/Medicade. Best thing is to bring whatever you have to the Clearwater or New Port Richey locations early in the morning, like before 7 if possible.
This PAR location does not process new admissions. You will have to go to the main program located at 6150 150th Ave. N., Clearwater, FL 33760. The goal is to be able to admit eligible patients the same day they first arrive seeking services. Patients dose the same day they are admitted. Same-day admission is entirely dependent on how full the doctor schedule is that day. Best bet is to arrive as early as possible to see if they can fit you into the schedule.
Yes, if you go to Clearwater PAR normally, you dont even have to make a call to anyone. Just show up and they will dose you.
If its only one or two days you should be able to recieve travel doses and advoid guest dosing all together ..... Thier hours for the saint Pete office are 530am to 10am M-F. Closed Sat-Sun
Yes first u go to clearwater par on 150th ave and do the intake if the doctor in they will try and do everything that day. But sometimes they will have u go do the paperwork and then if the doc not in they will have u come back when he is in and do the rest. But they only starte u out at 30 mg. And ur better off going sick. Or u can go to bay area on 49th st and get dosed that day and pay $16.00 a day. Good luck to u and your recovery.
You have to go to the clearwater office until you are able to phase up and get you weekend take homes
Yes this is a methadone clinic. but the main one is in clearwater off of 150 ave north I dont believe there is a waiting list you may have to guest dose until the transfer, but you need to call the one in clearwater that is where the doctor is and you will have to see him and once you talk to your counsler and tell them where you want to transfer it really should be smooth. Your counsler from your current clinic should be able to help with the transfer and setting up the guest dosing. You may not even need to guest dose but. Talking to your counsler should be able to help with anymore questions. If youre already dosing through the clearwater MAPs PAR clinic. Then you can dose at either two of the clinics with no problem no matter if you are a transfer or a guest doser
This satellite clinic location is not open on weekends. The main clinic located in Clearwater is. Address: 6150 150th Ave. N., Clearwater, FL 33760
No they don't do that u have to do intake&setup to become a client theyll tell u to get vacationing take homes from your home clinic,I've been in the clinic when people have said they're on vacation from somewhere&sick by law they have to make u do intake & client set-up,I've also seen people go to jail for trying it the clinic found out they're lieing& basically doctor shopping but they have another name for it
