Terrible service. I created a new account under my name and the lab also was charging things to the previous owner's account. I understand, people make mistakes, but then when the other account was past 30 days they called me going ballistic trying to make me pay over the phone instead of letting me do my due diligence. I'm normally a pretty easy going doc and was trying them out because the of the pricing, but Steven ruined any goodwill they may have accumulated thus far. I will never send anything to them again.

We have gone to almost all digital for our workload. If you have clear margins that the computer can "see," have reduced enough for clearance on crowns, and provide an accurate bite, you'll get a quality product in return. Good quality, fast returns, good prices.

Worst lab to work with, does not follow instructions. During the try-in appt, the upper and lower dentures has an anterior open bite. I spent an 1 hour to reset teeth and test it out with the patient. I took a new bite registration and instruct the lab to remount the case. They did not follow directions. I recieved it for delivery and it was back to the original position that they gave me for the wax try-in. Wasted my time and my patient's time.

The worst dental lab ever. The quality product is horrendous. It’s either shade is off, margin of crowns are horrible or too high. Have to send back cases numerous times and they don’t stand behind their work. Their account manager is delirious and rude. I called the lab December 8th to pay any outstanding fees. We went through any outstanding invoices and after 30 min we settled the bill. I paid that day. There were 4 cases that she promised we will get a refund for and as soon as she receives the cases back, I will be given a refund and therefore have a complete zero balance. However, to my dismay I receive another bill of almost $1000. When I called she told me she won’t give me the entire refund as agreed because we changed the color on a crown and that I only took care of partial payment 12/08/2017. When I challenged her by saying that I called in December to pay my final bill she said: “Trust me doctor if I would have been able to get the money last time I called I would have taken it from you!” This is insulting and I would never conduct business with them ever again. Receiving all the invoices to go over it again. Don’t worry, I will pay you what you are owed but I certainly would never conduct business with you. We provide quality care to our patients, all impressions are double our margins, we double check our impressions for integrity, we utilize 3.5 magnification, the best dental impression materials, double pack our cords and receive disaster products back from Sundental. What a waste of our time and materials. THE WORST LAB I HAVE EVER USED! Clearly I am not the only one who things this!

Thank you for your question! We do not glaze any of our flexible products.

The sunflex nylon polyamide material is from which country? How is it different from valplast? Do you have a lab in South east Asia?

Hi there, great questions. The Sunflex polyimide material is made in the United States. The difference between Sunflex and Valplast in that Sunflex is repairable and you can add teeth and claps as the patient may possibly loose teeth over time. This saves the patient from remaking the partial every time they loose another tooth. With Valplast you are unable to add teeth and clasps after the fact.
