The best bike shop in St. Pete by far! I had a last minute repair I needed done. And they came through for me knowing I am a loyal customer when they were extra busy. I refuse to go anywhere else!

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Needed a bike seat post and the man working was completely unhelpful and just seemed annoyed we didn’t purchase the bike from him. We ran home really quick to measure for the exact seat size and gave him my husbands ID while we checked (took us 5 mins to get back) and he locked the doors and said we’re closed. Spend your money else where

Just spoke with Davis on the phone and even though the Bike Room didn't have what I was looking for he spent plenty of time pointing me in the right direction. Will definitely be in for all my service needs, these guys seem great.

Yes, service is quick also. I liked them so much I had 4 bikes with bad tries fixed. They will also tell you if the repair is more than the bike is worth. Saved some money there!
