Unprofessional dental office. After waiting 2 months for an appointment and getting my original appointment rescheduled. I take off work and get there to find out that Kim couldn't get my insurance and co-payment figured out. They had to reschedule me for Friday so they can get it squared out. When I call today, Thursday to make sure Kim did her job, she basically tells me no they didn't work on this and stays quiet on the phone. I guess this was her way to politely express to me that she was NOT going to deal with getting my insurance filed in the system. After waiting 2 months. Getting reschedules 2 times. Dealing with an incompetent staff I never got treated. A complete waste of time and unnecessary frustration. BTW no actual dentist on site. They only tell you this when you get there.

Bad experience. First of all they have no actual dentist currently onsite! So I have some video session with a dentist who was elsewhere. 2nd, even though I gave them all of my recent xrays from a different place, they "required" a paroramic one. I have cancer. I don't need extra xrays. and of course that was an extra cost. Finally, even though they are IN NETWORK, they wanted to charge me $200+ for a "deep cleaning". I said I just wanted a regular cleaning that is included in my insurance and they refused!! Then they started bargainling with me -- I could remove this and it'll take $50 off your price ... I felt like I was buying a used car. I walked out. Didn't even get a cleaning. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else that cares about their patients.

I was a little hesitant about coming here because of the yelp reviews. I’m actually blown away from what a nice experience I had at a dentist LoL. First, I walked in and it was super clean & quiet. The front desk girl was very nice. They took me in 10 minutes before my actual appointment which is always a plus. Frankie the X-ray tech/DA was so accommodating to make me comfortable & explain everything he was doing. They squeezed in everything I needed done which was so so convenient!!! Usually other dentists will do an x-ray then tell you to come back for a cleaning. Then tell you to come back for a filling. Overall great experience!

I first went there in pain and had a 30 day appointment. I said please call if you have cancellations and they got me in 2 weeks earlier .I had no insurance and they had a plan for interest free for a year and sent me to a specialist for root canal . Now I need some gum work and they let me schedule it in 2 sessions . Very willing to work with you and am pleased with the results. Very friendly people. Do comfortable bei.g there .
